No parties will be booked without deposit payment and dates/times are not secure until you have paid your deposit, we do not hold slots.

Deposits are non refundable if you cancel, we may however offer a free change of date.

Small petrol fee will apply from da8 to and from your party location. Any tolls, congestion charge or parking down your road which we incur on the day will be added. We will confirm in advance.
If the date/time you have booked is not available we will give all others that are available however we will try our best to accommodate your preferred slot. Please check before booking if you are not flexible.
Road permits will need to be given to us if required. Once booked we will send you a confirmation email along with invoice which will display your payment due by date. All parties are to be settled 7 days prior if you miss the payment date your party may be cancelled and deposit lost without notice. We will also send out some free invites if included in your package.

Final payments to be sent to our business account no less than 7 days prior to your party date. We do not accept cash payments, cheque or paypal for final payments.
