Party Terms & Information

Booking your party is easy! Simply complete our booking form and pay your deposit to secure your date. Please note deposits are non-refundable and dates are not held without payment.

Important Information

• Final balances must be paid at least 7 days before your party

• Extra guests are charged at £15 per person

• Travel charges may apply depending on your location, parking, tolls or congestion fees

• A £25 admin fee applies for date changes

• A £25 fee for non direct access- properties on ground floor and above without direct parking from kerb to property and with stairs or lifts.

• Parties booked within 7 days require full payment upfront

• If you cancel your party and the full balance has been made a new booking fee of £30 will be due for a date change.

 

On The Day

Please provide:

• Enough clear space for setup

• Access to plug sockets and hot water if needed

• An adult present throughout who is responsible for the children at all times

• Our hosts are friendly and respectful we expect the same in return. We will not take any rudeness or abuse, if the hosts feel unsafe or that something simply is not right they will leave the party and no refund will be given.

Party times are up to 2 hours but may vary depending on guest numbers. No less than 1.5 hours

Allergies & Treatments

Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions before the party. We use child-friendly products and hygienic applicators, we will not bring any items containing the allergens we have been made aware of, We are there to pamper and entertain the children, we do not accept responsibility for reactions. Responsibility for monitoring the children during the party remains with the parent or person in charge of their care throughout the event. We will however do everything we reasonably can to support and accomodate their allergies safely on our side with swapping products and items where necessary.

 

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Unfortunately, cancellations after full payment cannot be refunded due to preparation and staffing costs.

 

Photos & Marketing

Photos taken at parties may occasionally be used on our website or social media unless requested otherwise.

 

Privacy

Your information is kept secure and is only used for your booking, party planning and customer communication. We never share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.
